Cap'n Matt Moeller to lead the June 8th Shanty Sing!!!

Matthew Moeller (aka Cap’n Matt), sailor, chantyman, songwriter and writer, is a  third generation resident of the Salish Sea region. Widely known as a singer and folk musician, he is semi-retired from performing and lives in Olympia, WA with his his wife, the Lovely Lanita, and Zoe – The Cat.

Yes, Port Townsend's very own shanty band will be leading the session this month, singing some Rollicking Roaring Shanties, and facilitating the song circle. Should be a load of fun...I've heard that this crew is "world class"! Don't miss it.

Dano Quinn to lead our April 13th Sing Shanty session!!

Our song leader this month is the award-winning Dano Quinn, who tells the greatest salty tales this side of the Oriquoromomo* Divide. And all are his very own work. Don't miss it...Dano is quite the character...you'll never hear stories like this anywhere else.

And - he tells me his CD's are all million sellers. He has a million of them in his cellar. (Hah! The old ones are the best.)

(*P.S. I made up that name...I'm a little mischievous.)

Nelson's Blood to sing Rollicking Roaring Shanties at Candlelight Concert
