Yes, Port Townsend's very own shanty band will be leading the session this month, singing some Rollicking Roaring Shanties, and facilitating the song circle. Should be a load of fun...I've heard that this crew is "world class"! Don't miss it.

Dano Quinn to lead our April 13th Sing Shanty session!!

Our song leader this month is the award-winning Dano Quinn, who tells the greatest salty tales this side of the Oriquoromomo* Divide. And all are his very own work. Don't miss it...Dano is quite the character...you'll never hear stories like this anywhere else.

And - he tells me his CD's are all million sellers. He has a million of them in his cellar. (Hah! The old ones are the best.)

(*P.S. I made up that name...I'm a little mischievous.)

David Kessler to lead the March 9th Sing Shanty session!!

David Kessler grew up in New England where he learned to sail, sing, and appreciate the region’s coast and history.

He has organized and managed events of all sizes, and founded several singing and educational sailing events. He co-produces the Ig Nobel Prize Ceremony and is half of the singing duo Kessler and Perasso.
